Terms of Service

These terms apply when you request a preview from, or buy a package from, Kazawa Digital, operated by [[OPERATOR NAME]], Jakarta, Indonesia ("we", "us"). The exact scope and price of your project are confirmed in writing before you pay.
1. Free preview
The preview is free and carries no obligation. One preview per business. You only pay after you approve the preview. Preview links may expire after 14 days.
2. Packages and scope
- Launch: up to 3 pages, live in 3 business days.
- Business: up to 5 pages plus blog, live in 7 business days.
- Pro: one fixed-scope feature (booking, catalogue or small shop), live in 14 business days, by written quote.
Delivery times count from payment and receipt of complete materials. Work outside the written scope (extra pages, e-commerce, logins, custom integrations) is quoted separately.
3. Revisions
Every package includes 2 revision rounds, requested in writing. Further rounds are quoted separately.
4. Payment and refunds
- Launch is paid in full upfront; Business and Pro take a 50% deposit, with the balance due before go-live.
- Prices are in S$. Project quotes are valid for 14 days.
- If you cancel before work starts, we refund your payment in full. After work starts, the refund covers the work not yet done.
5. Pricing by market
Our prices are set by the market where your business operates and where your customers are, not by who pays or where the payment comes from. Each regional package is for businesses operating in that market and is paid in that market's currency. We confirm your business location and target market in writing before payment is applied. If a business orders a package for a different market, before any work starts you choose either to switch to the matching regional package and price (we refund or charge the difference), or to keep that market's scope only (its language and support).
6. Care plans
Care, Growth and Premium are billed monthly and can be cancelled month to month. Care includes up to 5 small text or photo edits a month, done in 1-2 business days. Unused edits do not roll over. Larger changes are quoted separately.
7. Ownership and export
Your domain is registered in your name. Once paid, the site's code and content are yours. If you leave, we hand over every file within 2 business days of your written request.
8. Your content
You confirm you have the right to use the logos, photos and text you send us, and that your business and content are lawful.
9. Liability
We build to the written scope with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.
